• Who is eligible for a Photo Canvas drop-shipping account?

  Everyone is eligible. Whether you’re an individual, a business or anything in between, we welcome all professionals that want to get started on building their very own online business.

• What do I need to get started?

  You will need to have a Photo-Canvas Drop-Shipping Account. To get this set up simply download the Contrado Print on Demand app on Shopify. You will be able to create a store and sync your products.

• Can I use a different platform rather than Shopify?

  Photo-canvas drop-shipping integration currently only works with Shopify. If you use an alternative platform then we would love to hear from you as we are always looking to expand our offering.

• Can I only drop-ship canvas prints?

  When you become a Photo Canvas drop-shipper you gain access to our full catalogue of products. This means that you drop-ship anything from a range of high-quality homeware, clothing, stationery and more.

• How does payment work?

  Your customers will place an order with you using your Shopify storefront. They will pay you there. That order is then sent through to us and we set it all up and get it ready to go. We will then request payment from you. The payment that we request will be less than the amount that your customer paid to you, as we will have applied an exclusive drop-shipping discount.

  You pay Discounted Price + Shipping via Photo-Cancas.com
  You keep all the profit (difference between discounted and retail price)

• How much discount will I qualify for?

  Photo-canvas drop-shipping accounts benefit from tiered discounts based on the number of sales that you make. The more that your customers buy from you, the more you make.

• What are the discount tiers?
  • 1 - 10 products: 20% discount
  • 11 - 20 products: 25% discount
  • 21 - 50 products: 35% discount
  • 51+ products: 40% discount
• How do I connect my Photo Canvas Drop-Shipping account to my Shopify store?

  Head to the Shopify website and sign up > Locate the Shopify App Store in the left menu and search for Contrado > Click on the text or icon > click Add App > Follow sign-in instructions > Click Sync.

Please note: Syncing your Photo-Canvas account and Shopify store is only ever necessary once - when you connect both stores for the first time. This process can take quite some time depending on the number of products you have designed.
